The park is a little unusual, pull throughs were mostly semi-circles, but long enough for out rig, 37'. As stated before it's next to a softball complex, and one night they had games. The freeway noise was not noticeable inside. Owners was very nice, she was out of town on our arrival, but had placed a reserved sign on our site and we paid her when she got back on our second night. We would definitely stay here again. Note: you access the park through the same entry as the softball complex, the road is a little winding and tight, so pay attention to oncoming traffic.

Park was wonderful. Extremely wide sites. Friendly and helpful owners. All the amenities were in great shape. Cable and WI-FI worked very well. They even have an air hose to fill tires, a very nice feature. We would stay here again when passing through the area. The only negative was the proximity to the freeway, some noise, but typical of KOA's

Friendly staff. Campground is spread out so you could be a good way from the new entrance. Our site had a fairly steep ramp to the concrete pad. Good cable, good WiFi. The rate reflex a cash price for Good Sam, saved a couple of bucks. Located about 7 miles north of Troy, a good stopping spot traveling through the area.

We stayed on one of the river view concrete pad sites. Fairly level, but we were in site 91 and it was a pretty tight turn to get in. The were recently flooded and were doing some repairs to the men's showers. No shade on these sites, so if you want shade you need to stay in one of their other areas. No cable, WiFi was spotty. OK for a couple of days. A lot of grassy area to walk a dog. Fairly convenient to Memphis, but the construction in the area on the roads was extensive and the road in generally bad repair, so if you're coming to Memphis any time soon be aware of this, it can cause significant delays.

Very nice part, sites are adequate, though not exceptionally big. They have nice pools, one being adults only; an on site restaurant and bar; a workout facility (adequate at best). They have on site security and a guarded entry that is nice. For an upscale, and expensive, facility their lack of free WI-FI, it's $6 per day (ridiculous) and limited cable channel selection, about 20, is irritating. We stay here because they do have some grassy areas and good pet walk areas, which is needed for our dog, unlike the majority of those in the area that are big parking lots, and it's close to our daughter's house.

Staff was friendly. The turn to get on the road to the campground is very tight if you use exit #240 as recommended by mapquest, I would recommend using exit #242 off I-25. We only stayed overnight, but would stay again when travelling through or to the Albuquerque area in the future.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The sites are level and easy to enter with a big rig. The owner has tried to install cable, but the cost was prohibitive. In checking there was only one campground in the area with cable. The antenna was only able to pick up two station with the new digital format. The WIFI is generally good, but does get very slow at times. The only complaint is the rate is a bit high for a location without cable.

As stated in other reviews that sites are very nice, however the owners are a bit officious on some of their "rules." I was stop in Flagstaff again we'll find other accommodations.

Good basic park, wide, level sites. Good cable and WI-FI. Convenient to St Augustine and the surrounding area. We were in the back and traffic noise was not an issue. We would stay here again.

Sites are cement pads with grassy areas in between sits. The sites are large with good space between the sites. The cable TV offering is minimal and the Wi-Fi is spotty at best. It's in the middle of nowhere so if you're not into gambling or spending time at the pool, which was nice, you'll have nothing to do. Lake Charles is the closest city, but there isn't much to do there either. Staff was friendly and they provided a shuttle between the RV area and the casino.

Friendly staff, sites are fairly wide and accommodate large rigs easily. They provide an on sight dinner menu that is brought right to your RV. They serve between 5-7 pm, and they offer a free continental breakfast in the morning. The dinners were priced from $10-15, we didn't avail ourselves, but it was a nice amenity. The only negative was the trains that run through the area staring at 5am, but it wouldn't matter where you stayed in Grants, you will hear them.

The park is located behind a private residence that was or appears to be an old plantation house. The sites are gravel, ours was not level, but it wasn't too difficult to level our 5th wheel with three of the stacking leveling pads. The cable was very good and Wi-Fi was the best we've ever experienced. There are no public restrooms or showers and no other amenities besides the cable and Wi-Fi. It's on the far east portion of the Dallas area, but only about 20 minutes from downtown Dallas. We will stay here again when we are in the Dallas area.

Park was a decent, basic park. Site was gravel, and required minimal work to get our unit level. Cable TV was good. The WIFI was inoperable, the signal was too weak to allow a login. Since we were here only two nights I didn't speak to the staff about this. There was only one trash receptacle located in the middle of the park, making it inconvenient to throw your trash away. The staff seems friendly and were on site, but not at office very much, so if you have a problem you will need to call them. They do respond quickly. For a couple days stay while visiting Savannah it's fine.

This is the second stay here. Staff was friendly. The site was level, although the pad was barely long enough to fit our 37' unit. One other problem we had was the sewer hookup opening was uphill, although that didn't appear to be a problem at other sites. Although there is no cable, we had excellent reception for the local channels and the WIFI was very good. There aren't many campgrounds in the Charleston area, but I don't think you'll find anything better in the area, especially for the rate. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Charleston.

Overall very good, sites were level and adequately wide. Friendly staff and nice store on the grounds. Prior comments were negative to available dog walking, however, there were nice grassy areas at the front of the park and along the adjoining road, the roads are gravel so walking to the grass does require walking over those.

Park is conveniently located off the freeway and on a main road that leads to the downtown area. Manager was very friendly. Site was level side to side but crowned in the middle that caused a little problem while unhooking. Sites were very wide, gravel pad with grassy areas in between. The restroom/shower looked clean, but it was a single, so only one person could use them at a time.

Nice park at a great rate. As the name indicates it has many mature trees that provide nice shade. Lots of grassy areas to walk a dog. Spaces are gravel and ours was level. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Good wifi connection and good cable tv with about 75 stations. It's very quiet and in a residential area. We would stay here again on our next trip to the Mobile area.
